Happened to catch the Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is programme on BBC1 by accident today and....lo and behold there was a known face featured.........
Betina (Adams) No deerhounds alas (except on the window ledge but a lovely song bird instead.! All looked good and sounded fun Betina! :)
Do we have other TV stars in the ranks?

My son was on Sky Sports 1 2 weeks ago, playing golf at Cinq Ports, Kent, so was my hubby as he was his caddie.

My nephew was on Sky Sports 1 this Saturday, he was the 3rd boxer featured on Prizefighter......we have talented sportsmen in our family!

I just watched it. and Crikey! did they overdub that noise? Otto's never eaten like that, nor made a noise like that. He eats so gently i suspect if he had thumbs he'd ask for a knife and fork. They were like real beasties there, is that normal?

We watched it and laughed about the deerhounds tucking into those carcasses. Our comment was "I bet they put some cheese in there to encourage that sort noise"

Was anyone else watching the nice series about the Hebredies 'islands on the edge' this evening?? The sequence about Pine Martens and a lady who fed them from her windowsill, showed a night-time scene where just before the Martens turned up a dog was let out into the garden - big hairy grey one!! lovely sight, and in reality it would have polished off the food put out for the pine martens well before they got there!!

Yes I saw that on BBC2 yesterday (Thursday). There was only a quick and partial shot of the dog. The narrator said that the dog and pine martin had been on friendly terms for a long while and that they had a bonded trust of each other.
