Rehome / Foster Register

Hi, I am trying to find out if there is a registration list or similar for rehoming a Deerhound? My boy went to the Rainbow Bridge 2yrs ago and I lost my Leonberger this Wed. Deerhounds are my love so thought I would look into this. Both my babes where rescues and I have worked with rescue/stray/boarding dogs for a long time. Can anyone advise me, even if I can offer a foster home to this beautiful breed.
