TOPIC: Our first litter

Our first litter 6 years 9 months ago #33627

A litter is a big word for two little girls but even so we are delighted at the arrival of our two new housemates. This is our first (and probably only) litter from our beautiful girl Leah (Kilbourne Fire Crest) sired by Dorrator Gethen. Only having twins means that the supply at the milk bar is more than plentiful so we certainly have chubbly little babies!! Their arrival was a surprise as we'd tried twice before unsuccessfully and put paid to my ideas of going to the breedshow!! :silly: But with these and another litter of 12 day old Parsons in the house we pretty much have our hands full.

These are our 'c' litter so currently pondering on Araceta Clover and Clementine but other suggestions gratefully received :)

Thought pictures would be appreciated - hope you like them

Congrats again, they may only be two but they are soooooo sweet and will have lots of cuddles. I can see a problem in trying to part with either of them though! Mind you, with a litter of Parsons as well you may get puppied out! Sorry you're missing the show - always a next year!

How gorgeous! Two is a good number, lots of milk for them and not too much stress for the mum! I envy you!
How about Camellia (if that's how you spell it, I have one blooming in the garden right now!):)

Thanks guys
I think we've made the decision not to part with them already - we'd hoped to keep a boy and girl and to have these youngsters in our kennels but that wasn't meant to be. Can't just put one out there alone so looks like very little choice (what a shame lol) :P
