Hello,

Here is link to the collector cards with a another picture from Ch.Talisman.

Link: www.scottish-deerhound.co...mit=20&start=20

I find Champion Talisman is the best in comparison to St.Ronans Rhyme and Champion Blair Athol.

Hello,

I have found by Ebay a old postcard with 3 dogs of the year 1907.
Is the dog lying in creame color a Deerhound?

Many thanks for your efforts.

I don't think it is a Deerhound although it does have a strong resemblance. It think that the proportions of the head are wrong. The black tip of the nose looks too short and the ears to large.

It looks more like a Griffon Nivernais or similar French beast to me. Handsome, but not a Deerhound.

It does say Griffon at the top of the page but it also looks a bit like an Otter Hound.
Even though the picture is not a D/H it must surely have an increasing value..
